It is important that:
- the passport number is mentioned in the power of attorney (often the client’s ID card is mistakenly put by notaries) and it does not work when it is issued for another country that is not the client’s country of origin.
- It is important that the copies of your passport, the photo of the client is well seen who he is, his face can be recognized
- that in the full power of attorney the content has been respected exactly as we had sent you
Once you have notarized the power of attorney:
- 1 copy (or 2 conveniently) of the power of attorney in your home country and apostilled
- Inside each copy of each power of attorney that comes a copy of your passport also notarized and apostilled
- That is, 1 or 2 copies of power of attorney, and inside each copy, the corresponding passport, all apostilled
