Requirements for the Draft Power of Attorney

For the draft of the power of attorney we need the following:

  • Know in which language you want to notarize in your country of residence (English or Georgian)
  • Your full address in your home country (If you have another address that is fiscal, we need both: both a legal address in the country where you are a citizen, as well as your current tax address in the country where you reside)
  • Your tax address in the country where you reside
  • Phone number (with prefix)
  • Email
  • Passport number (photo or scanned version better)
